In close coordination with the GFATM focal team, training manual for the Community Home Based Care (CHBC) of patients living with HIV was developed. The manual was intended to be used by the master trainers to strengthen the capacity of the Outreach Workers (OW) in line with the national guidelines for the CHBC. Training evaluation materials were developed and Training of Trainers (TOT) was conducted. Step down trainings were observed for certifying the master trainers.
