Dr Roomi Aziz is a public health professional with rich experience in designing data and communication products for multidisciplinary stakeholders and forums. She has over twelve years of progressive experience in project/programme design and management, research, evaluation, data visualisation, and presentation and communication design assignments in health in both public and private sector. At P2i she brings her expertise of systems thinking for communication and data products’ design for human development. She has an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences and an MBBS from University of Health Sciences, Lahore, Pakistan.
Dr Arooj Jalal has an MSc in International Health from Charite Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Germany and a Bachelors in Dental Surgery from CMH Lahore Medical College, Pakistan. She has two years of experience in social development and public health.
Sidra Bashir has an MPH with a focus in epidemiology, statistics and health promotion from University of Edinburgh, UK. She has over four years of experience in project design and management, research, monitoring & evaluation, and data analysis in health in both public and private sectors. She is interested to explore ethnic differences in healthcare access and investigate the interplay of social determinants of health and their impact on individuals and societies. She is an Annemarie Schimmel Scholar as well.
Mishalle has a Master of Arts with a specialization in International Development Policy from Duke University. She has experience in project management and health service-delivery in the private and public sectors, respectively. She enjoys exploring behavioral and social factors that affect decision-making in health and lifestyle choices.
Saher Siddiqui is a third-year undergraduate at Harvard University studying Chemical and Physical Biology with a Secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. When she’s not doing research, she is busy coordinating blood drives as a Red Cross Director, volunteering at the youth homeless shelter, and tutoring paediatric oncology patients. After graduating from Harvard, she hopes to combine her interests in medicine and global health and to become an advocate for underserved communities in developing nations.
Zoha Gardezi has a BSc in Environmental Sciences from Forman Christian College (A chartered University). Previously, she has worked as Research Assistant at LUMs and has been engaged with the Women Mobility Team at CERP (Centre for Economic Research in Pakistan). She enjoys writing, researching, and travelling.
Samra Usman is a senior financial management professional with more than 12 years of experience in banking, financial review, industrial risk analysis and management. She has extensive experience of managing financial operations of donor funded projects. Her responsibilities include advising the board and technical core on sound financial management and reporting, overseeing the functions of audit, finance and operations.
She holds an MBA from the Lahore School of Economics, Pakistan.
Rana Usman has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the Virtual University of Pakistan. He is a passionate UX/UI designer with over seven years of experience. Currently, he leads a team of 10 designers and developers. He has experience of developing numerous marketing programs as well.
