The national evaluation intends to evaluate the performance of Brooke Associate Model across 10 districts of Pakistan, based on the desired impacts and benefits that the model was expected to produce. The results will guide Brooke Pakistan and Brooke UK forscaling up the BAM model. The model was assessed against the OECD DAC criteria. The final report will include key recommendations by stakeholders to introduce corrective measures in the induction, training and management of the BAMs, and ensure optimal likelihood of impact while remaining in alignment with the Brooke UK strategy and theory of change.
