Business Plan for a National Public Health University

Developed a business plan for the Health Service Academy (HSA), Islamabad, Pakistan that aimed at establishing itself as a National University of Public Health Sciences, over the next 5 years. Conceptualized the future growth trajectory and program streams to develop critical human resource capable of designing programs for achievement of health goals. Staff recruitment processes, short, medium and long term strategic action plans and 5 year operational plans were developed. Recommendations for resource mobilization, financial sustainability, institutional strengthening and organizational structure were also formulated.
